Clearing Your Cache Using Firefox

Using an iPad

Step 1: Open the Firefox App

  1. Find the Firefox app on your iPad (it looks like an orange and purple fox wrapped around a blue globe).
  2. Tap on it to open.

Step 2: Open Firefox’s Menu

  1. In the bottom-right corner of Firefox, tap the three horizontal lines (☰).
  2. A menu will appear—tap Settings.

Step 3: Go to Data Management

  1. Scroll down and tap Data Management.

Step 4: Select What to Clear

  1. Make sure Cache is turned on (it will have a blue checkmark).
  2. You can also select Cookies and Browsing History if you want to remove more data.

Step 5: Clear the Cache

  1. Tap the Clear Private Data button at the bottom.
  2. A message will pop up—tap OK to confirm.

Step 6: Restart Firefox

  1. Close Firefox by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and flicking it away.
  2. Reopen Firefox and start browsing!

Your cache is now cleared!
